I started this week with cleaning up my studio drawers and find some illustrations I made back in 2012. I decided to make some space for new things to come so I am selling these in my future-to-be shop (which is not done yet) each for 30 euros with free shipment worldwide. They are all made by me and are about 10x15 cm big (I am selling them without frames). If you would like to get yourself or your special ones something unique now is your chance. You will find them HERE!

Spent five minutes in the most wonderful room in the world which belongs to two happy little girls. All ideas, illustrations and details are made and arranged by their talented mom Anja Kranjc. I mentioned my friend before and her sculptural work but she has many many talents and this room just sums all of them up.

We're spending most of this month at home... viruses seems to love us! I hope this will change as soon as possible...  (don't get me wrong, I love spending time at home but not like this... and not without visitors, energy and time to do things)

Lately we don't get much done around the house since there is always one member of the family that's ill with cold or with some kind of virosis. So I was very excited that I finally was able to prepare a temporary working place upstairs. Too bad that I know for certain that it will not be always as tidy as it is today... :)

So this is a post about our DIY TOY KITCHEN project on which we've been working on for the last month whenever we found some spare time. It all started because I couldn't decide which kitchen (Ikea vs. Brio) I preferred to buy for our kiddo so idea of making one of a kind crossed my mind. It took me some time to find the right cabinet (it turned out my boyfriend's granny had the exact one I've been looking for) but then I soon started working and my boyfriend helped with all the work which needed knowledge about devices I for sure didn't have. So this became our common project but many people were kindly helping (my father not just gave us many advice but also gave us color, sprays, and lend us some tools, one friend helped with his CNC machine, my mum gave us the bowl which we turned into sink, one friend gave us a piece of plexiglass etc. ) for which we are very grateful. Although many difficulties came across among the process (especially with the knobs since we wanted them to be able to turn around) this was a fun and very rewarding project to do. Seeing our boy cooking like a big chef now is even sweeter and I don't regret going for this idea at all. I guess all I can say now is bon appétit! :)
