Some more details from friend's apartment which I obviously adore! Artworks are Camilla's, the first one is an original painting... ah... ok, ok, but I baked the muffins. :)
Just a sneak peak into our small yesterday's gathering for ladies only. The reason was Jane Austen's birthday which might sound a bit funny but we (closest colleagues from faculty) promised to try our best to see each other at least at this time of the year. We started the tradition years ago... and so far so good! Crime scene: beautiful apartment of a friend which not only has a great eye for details but also bakes the best cakes!
Behind our future house there is a lovely garden which is particularly magical in autumn time. I guess the main charm and reason are two Kaki trees. Photos are from previous month but every time I see some unpicked trees (you can still see many of them around here) full of these orange fruits (which I don't like to eat unfortunately) I think of fairytale about golden apples. :)
Everything is always changing. Same goes for our living-room wall on which we added some new prints (Elisabeth's Mr. Tomato and our now already old friend Apple Papple ), Iva's photo and this one I shot in Ana's and Camilla's exhibition years ago. Even some of my drawings (this little one and this one) made it to the wall which is something I usually don't do (don't know why but it's somehow weird to look at my own work all the time) but they are reminders to draw more.
