Time flies!!! It's been three years since I've started Talking to volcano or better - since I've been talking to you. Thank you all so much, you make this blog a happy place!

Today I visited Alina, a painter from Latvia which moved to Slovenia 7 years ago when we also met and became friends instantly. We live in the same town now and this is her family's garden. Unfortunately we spent only few minutes outside since it was too hot but enough that her adorable son gave me a small cherry tomato as a gift and she picked some peaches for me.

Nina was the one who suggested I should do something for the LABL's Me, Myself and I zine and she was the one who sent it to me because I couldn't join the Caffeine hours festival/fair. And I also received a bonus - two amazing zines made by her. Yes, I am lucky I know. :) Thank you Nina and also guys from LABL! My small contribution is the black and white self-portait (photos 3,4,5 on the left) but if you want to see more or buy it check it out here.

For the last five days I've been using Iva's dslr camera all the time and it reminded me (again!) how much I want one... I shoot so many photos that it's hard to decide which to show you. :) Here are some details from my studio... you can even see few of my ceramic experiments (hehe, I guess this would be the right word to use since I play with clay here and there) - cup on the first photo and some tiny creatures (you can buy some in Olivija), gnomes and houses on the fifth. Off-course books are there as well, mainly because I don't have enough space for them in our current apartment.

Despite the stormy weather Iva, Ram and I decided to go on a small trip to Štanjel yesterday. We've all been there many times so we weren't too disappointed when the rain chased us to Lojze Spacal's gallery which is always nice to visit.

It's nice to have such a lovely visitor with which you can create side by side as we used to in our university days... and she even draw a portait of Ram and I. And here are also some of my sketches to see after  a long time...

It's been a long time since my dear friend Tina and I had a sleepover with a movie. We used to have them all the time when we were kids and later teenagers and few nights ago we seized the opportunity and did it again. But forget popcorn, we rather had crepes with Nutella and strawberries... yumm! I totally recommend such sleepovers with your best friends...

Ram and I spent six peaceful days on the Croatian coast and celebrated our ninth anniversary. And today a wonderful news - we have another member in our family, little nephew Tomi (welcome sweetheart!).
