Venice all day yesterday. My friends and I went to see the 54th International Art Exhibition of the Venice Biennale which left us quite cold even though the weather was hot as hell. We haven't however saw everything because we ran out of time and the A+A gallery where my former sculpture professor Mirko Bratuša represents our country was unfortunately already closed by the time we found it. Nevertheless we had a wonderful time but today all I can do is  rest (we were on our feet most of the day). Art is hard (.!?) :)

Thumbs up for my friends and for Iva's Pentax... It was such a pleasure shooting with it! When I "grow up" I will have a DSLR camera as well! :)

Nothing new in my studio these days but two very dear friends as visitors. As you see one of them peeked into all the drawers and also into the last sketchbook.

Another bunch of weekend photos in the Alps.

My friends and I spent last weekend in the Alps where lovely friend's weekend house allowed us to stay comfortable and enjoy beautiful walks in the surroundings. The most enthusiastic went on the top of the 2244 m mountain Krn while rest of us which aren't mountain enthusiasts stayed in the village.

I'm so happy to have an original work (even if small) of one of my favourite 

contemporary artists - Craig Atkinson. It's part of his new project "Heads".
I guess all I can say is AWESOME! :)

There's a lot of interesting shadows, patterns, old tiles and reflections in and around the old holiday house where we spent three carefree days on the Croatian coast. Three days have been quite enough for charging the batteries and to have a little rest but maybe we'll spend another weekend there soon...

I've spent first three days of July at the seaside. Mini vacation were just what
I needed. Photos are still on my camera so here's one from the studio.
