I draw them when I was about six years old. It's nice to look through my childhood drawings, they bring back nice memories. You can see some more here.
I said to my friend yesterday "Let's make one kitschy photo with this orchid" and here it is (Janja, thank you for posing). :) I think it's perfect for first day of spring! I am so happy that it finally arrived even though here is cloudy with rain. WELCOME SPRING, I've missed you!

Great news: Katja made an interview (in Slovene) with me for her sweet Pepermint blog. Thank you again!

A dear friendis going to Sweden again for couple of months so she invited us to a "Cinnamon farewell party" on Friday. We've had such a wonderful time and our tummies filled with cinnamon buns... they were delicious (I think I could eat them every day)!

Small detail from my studio. Photo/postcard of Yves Klein; Dimanche-Le journal d'un seul jour, 27 November, 1960. His leap into the void is always a good reminder to be bold and to dare...

I spent my day mostly by reading books and looking through the window since we have quite a show here. The weather got totally mad and it's snowing with hard wind with jolts around 160 km/h. Local schools and kindergartens were closed today, public transport is off and so on. This is a big slap in the face to all of us who were excited about first sign of spring.

I made this package today. Creating this wrapping paper was really enjoyable and I think it made a birthday lady really happy.

It was a beautiful sunny day today - so springlike (and I can't wait for spring) that I even draw some colorful (imaginary) plants. I spent most of my day in my studio but I took some time for a short walk after lunch. My friends from another town surprised me with a quick visit and now I'm already in my bed ready to read a good book or to watch a movie... and then... sweet dreams! :) How was your day?
