I met him on today's walk and he insisted I take a photo of him. So I did, I mean... who would argue with a snowman? :) My friends saw a really handsome one and Mieke Willems saw some too.

a cup of tea for you and me

I've started my day with a cup of white tea and then discovered lovely Clipper's tea designs via -syko-'s flickr and thought of Sandra's lovely tea swaps. So I guess it's a tea day today! :) Which one is your favorite?

I found this illustration in one of my old picture books from childhood some time ago, took a picture but unfortunately forgot who the author is. The reason why I am posting about it it's because it perfectly reflects my mind these days. My thoughts are like birds who want to fly away but I have to concentrate on studying. :)

Since I am deep into studying these days and don't do anything creative or innovative I will rather post this beautiful photo of Alessandra's daughter Anita. I've sent them this book as a Christmas surprise and I am glad that it made them happy. I wanted to share this lovely stories and amazing illustrations with them as I wanna share Alessandra's photo with you now.

I found myself staring at Claire Lodger's "No place like property" sculpture like stoned and before I realized I made a simple drawing of it. I find her "rooftop hairdo" so inspirational and amazing. It totally mesmerized me.
